• 1 large rib Celery
  • 1 Cup chopped Carrots
  • 1 small to medium Onion, peeled & chopped
  • 48 oz jar Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 quart Half & Half (or 2 pints)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Mince celery, carrots and onion together in food processor.  In large sauce pan, saute celery, carrots and onion until golden.  Add marinara, half & half and brown sugar.  Stif frequently while simmering until warmed through.  Serve with cheese garlic toast and garnish with fresh croutons.  Serves 4 large bowls or 8 cups.
