Ingredients:
-5 1/2 cups - prepared* strawberries
-6 1/2 cups- sugar-2 1/4 cup- key lime juice & zest -1 1/4 cup- key lime liquor-2 tbl- coco rum-4 oz- pectinInstructions:
Place strawberries in pan. Add key lime juice & zest , key lime liquor, coco rum, and pectin. Heat to boil for 1 minute. Slowly add sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, while stirring. Stop heat and let sit for 30 seconds. Skim and then jar.
YIELD: 10 jars
