Strawberry Pie Filling

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbl clear gel
  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 tsp gelatin


Instructions:
Bring sugar, water, & cornstarch to a boil. Cook for 1 minute- stirring constantly. Add strawberry puree, cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Serving Date: 
Arrange strawberries in a baked pie crust, pour gelatin mixture in. Cover & chill for 2-4 hours. Serve with whipped topping.
