Ingredients: (1 qt)
- 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
Measure 5 cups berries (varieties I used were blackberry, blueberry, pitted cherry, strawberry) and place into
large pot of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove, drain and place aside.
Combine Sugar and Clear Jel in small mixing bowl and blend well. Measure 1/4 cup of hot juice water into a second large pot. Add lemon juice. Add the sugar/clear jel mixture. Stir until forms a clear bubbly mixture. Remove from heat. Fold in berries. Immediately ladle into sterilized jars. Wipe jar rims clean and apply lid. Pressure Cook at 10# for 30 minutes.
