Ingredients:
  • 1 tbl oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/3cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lb. beef
  • 1/2 lb. pork
  • 1/2 lb. veal
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs


Instructions:
Heat oil and cook onion until soft (5 minutes). Add garlic & thyme. Cook 1 minute. Set aside. 
Combine milk, egg, & ketchup. Stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Crumble in meats & add onion mixture. Stir until combined. Shape into loaves & freeze.

Serving Date: Thaw. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top off with a mixture of 1/2 ketchup & 2 tbl brown sugar.
